Rev. Xavier Creekmur

Rev. Xavier Creekmur is married to Dr. Chaundra R. Creekmur, a former professor at Savannah State University (Savannah, GA) and they have three children. Pastor Creekmur is a native of Richmond, Virginia and served three years in the Air Force and later in the Army where he became a Non-Commissioned Officer and Army Chaplain. 

Rev. Creekmur completed undergraduate and seminary studies while still serving his country and spent the latter years of his commitment as an Army chaplain. He has also completed a Clinical Pastoral Education Residency, served as a hospital chaplain, and was employed for five years as a hospice chaplain. Rev. Creekmur retired from the Army in 2018 after having served 22 years.

After retiring from the Army, Rev. Creekmur served as the 22nd pastor of Second African Baptist Church (Savannah, GA). In 2021, Rev. Creekmur was called to the Beulah Grove Baptist Church (Augusta, GA) where he currently serves as pastor.
